COOL was born in hope of becoming a bridge to let the art lovers all over the world inspire each other, link together as one, and create a new future in arts. The main contents consist of interviews of both New York-based and international artists and creators, special feature articles, art reports from around the world, reviews and column series. We contribute to the cultural exchange through arts and to the development of the art industry so that people in the world can enjoy arts casually and New York and major cities in the world can connect through the media COOL.
The final exhibition of the 1st round tour is taking place in DUMBO, which is known as New York’s biggest art community in Brooklyn.The two exhibitions are held simultaneously at both venues; ZAKKA which is known as an art shop and a creative space in New York. OUCHI Gallery, a gallery in a homelike atmosphere introducing the works of Japanese artists. During exhibitions, various workshops that suit to individual venues will be held, so everybody from adult to child can casually be challenged to make their own eco bags enjoyably. A limited numbers of NY memorial eco bags and the original Japanese “Happy Bags” are also sold.
